Detection Is the Best Prevention

Gloves should undergo a visual check for cleanliness and integrity, both before and after gowning, including a thorough inspection of intergrity upon exit. The Biogel™ Tech Indicator™ System facilitates a swift change of damaged gloves within a controlled environment, minimizing the risk of product contamination or operator exposure to harmful substances. Our range, comprising various sterile over- and undergloves, is designed to be worn together to form the Indicator™ System. Indicator™ over- and undergloves are uniquely engineered to enhance the visibility of any breach when in contact with fluids and thus its speed of detection. Easy double donning is facilitated by Biogel's proprietary polymer coating which has helpful hydrophilic properties.

Triple Bagged for Cleanroom Use

Triple bagging allows for stepwise introduction into progressively cleaner zones within a cleanroom. Each layer can be removed as the product moves through different cleanliness levels, maintaining sterility at the final, most critical stage.

Biogel Tech Controlled Environment Gloves

One pair per pack, in a high quality polyethylene inner wrap, packed into a film pack (constructed of a laminate of polyester and low-density polyethylene). Triple bagging: 25 pairs per inner LDPE polybag for sizes 5.5 – 8.5; 20 pairs for size 9.0; 2 inner LDPE polybags are packed in two outer LDPE polybags. Four outer polybags per transit case, total of 200 pairs for sizes 5.5 – 8.5; 160 pairs for size 9.0.
